1 General Provisions

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any language discrepancy, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. mdt88 strongly advises against sharing this information with any third party.

• All transactions carried out through your account will be treated as your own transactions.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• Avoid logging in on public computers or shared devices.
• Always make sure to log out after using your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on mdt88 are carried out through Bangladesh's existing mobile banking and banking methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka) — the same for all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal processing time: completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal funds must be returned to the same method that was used to make the deposit.
• mdt88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any active wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Transaction Limits

mdt88 reserves the right to set limits on any transaction. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for investigation. If a transaction is found to be legitimate after investigation, it will be processed promptly.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

mdt88 provides various types of bonuses and promotional benefits to its users. These benefits are offered subject to specific terms and conditions, and each benefit may have its own special terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳2,000 → total balance ৳3,000.
• Example 2: ৳16,000 deposit → bonus ৳15,000 (limit) → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering calculation will be based only on the bonus amount — not on the deposited funds.

5.3 General Terms Relating to Bonuses

• Bonuses apply only to wagers placed with real money — bonuses cannot be earned using bonus funds.
• If a new bonus is claimed before a current bonus expires, the previous bonus will be cancelled.
• Earning bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• mdt88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings from bonuses are not treated as direct cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games operated on mdt88 are run on the basis of fair and transparent principles. Game outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG) technology, which is not controlled by any party.

6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless mdt88 approves it under special circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, mdt88 will settle bets in accordance with its recognised rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mdt88 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• Each game's own rules apply — these should be read before starting a game.
• In the event of a technical disruption, the outcome of an ongoing round will be determined automatically by the system.
• mdt88 is not liable for funds lost due to a disconnection.

6.3 Live Casino

In the event of any technical issue in a live dealer game, the game provider's decision will be considered final. If evidence is found of inappropriate behaviour or interference with game operations during a live game, the account will be suspended.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and relevant legal action may be taken.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion — coordinating with other users to influence outcomes.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other users or staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

mdt88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Violating any clause of these Terms.
• Failing to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual financial transactions.
• Third-party complaints or legal notices.
• Security concerns or investigations.

8.2 Refund After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the valid balance will be returned. However, if a rule violation is proven, mdt88 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. All ongoing bets must be settled and withdrawal requirements fulfilled before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming
